Trinity Downtown is a strategic partner with LEAH Schools Downtown Academy (LDA) which provides a safe, faith-based learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Located conveniently off of 1316 Washington Ave, LDA offers children a superior academic experience integrated with a consistent, Christian approach to learning and meaningful ministry. It is a wonderful program that we are proud to stand by, and we hope that you, too, can become a part of this great tradition.
About LEAH Schools Downtown Academy (LDA)
LEAH was originally founded in 1949 to further enhance the opportunity of students planning to enroll in Lutheran elementary schools in Houston and continue their education experience in a Lutheran high school. LEAH Schools is a non-profit association that consists of four private Christian schools in Houston, TX, including early childhood education, as well as elementary, middle, and high schools. Unlike public schools and/or districts, LDA is unified in faith, values, and academic excellence. Through sharing faith-based knowledge and encouraging grounded practices, we aspire to witness the positive impact Christian education can make in the heart and soul of a child.
